The time can vary depending on traffic, or there might be none at all! It also depends on how fast or slow the group drives. We recommend keeping up with the flow of the traffic, as we’ll be driving on public roads alongside other cars. Our team will ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience, whether we’re cruising through the streets or taking our time to soak in the sights!
Cancellation Policy
At KKTT, we want to make sure you have the best possible experience! You can cancel your booking up to 15 days before your tour to ensure flexibility. If you miss your tour without notifying us, please note that no refund will be issued. In case you don't have the required documents to drive, we regret that we won’t be able to provide a refund(We reserved the slot specifically for you and informed you in advance, as outlined on our website. It clearly states the importance of bringing the proper documents. Unfortunately, without the required paperwork, we couldn’t accommodate other customers who were fully prepared. Therefore, we are unable to process a refund.), and a rescheduling fee may apply if any driving documents are forgotten. To make your experience smoother, please aim to arrive 20 minutes early, as late arrivals or missing documents will prevent you from joining the tour. For flight delays or health issues, send us documentation at least 3 days before your tour, or we won’t be able to offer a refund. In the case of bad weather, we’ll reach out by email to arrange a refund, and feel free to contact us with any questions! Your safety is our priority—please ensure no pre-existing health conditions, and while we offer safety briefings, we cannot take responsibility for injuries because you"ll be driving the vehicle by your own. owning a driver's license means you know how to drive and you will not drive recklessly.
