When should we arrive for our booking?

Do you accept digital licenses?

No. We require original physical documents. Digital licenses, screenshots, and scanned copies are not accepted.

What do I need to bring to the tour?

Bring your passport and a valid physical driving document such as an International Driving Permit (IDP). If your country uses the translation route, bring your original license and official translation document. Digital copies, screenshots, and photocopies are not accepted.

Do you offer passenger seats?

We offer single-seater go-karts. If you have questions about accommodating your group, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to help. Sometimes we are able to accomodate for passengers or families with small children, but this is not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.

How do I book a tour?

Book directly on our website using the booking form. Select your tour date, confirm your eligibility, and pay online. Booking direct is the cheapest option — no third-party markups.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most common cashless methods including Visa and Mastercard. Any card supported by Stripe via our Bokun booking system should work.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation unless within 24 hours of the tour time.

How far in advance should I book?

For busy seasons we recommend booking at least one month in advance. April is the busiest month — popular dates can be booked out months ahead. Most importantly, make sure your driving documents are prepared 1–2 months before your tour date.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

We cannot run tours in bad weather. If weather conditions prevent a safe tour, we will offer you the option to reschedule.

Is there a weight or height limit?

We recommend a maximum weight of around 100 kg and a maximum height of 190–200 cm.

What should I wear during the tour?

We recommend comfortable, fitted clothing and closed-toe shoes (sneakers are best). Avoid loose clothing, long skirts, or high heels as they can get caught. Bring layers for weather changes and sunglasses for glare. Feel free to wear our provided character costumes over your clothes.

Is there a place to store my belongings?

Yes. We have free lockers at the shop, plus security surveillance. If your suitcase does not fit, we will take care of it for you.

Is go-karting safe?

Yes. Our experienced guides lead every tour and provide clear instructions before and during the ride. All karts are maintained to high standards and inspected before each tour.

Do you provide helmets or safety gear?

No safety gear is required. The karts are low-speed, street-legal vehicles and your guide will ensure everyone follows safe driving practices.

What license do I need to drive the kart?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your country. Most visitors need a physical 1949 Geneva Convention International Driving Permit. Some countries (Germany, France, Switzerland, and others) use the JAF translation route. U.S. military personnel stationed in Japan can use their SOFA license.

Can children or non-drivers join the tour?

Contact us as we may be able to accommodate non-driving passengers or families. We will do our best to help your group ride together.

Yes. We have a rotating variety of character costumes that you can choose from on the day of your tour.

Yes. Your guide takes lots of photos during the tour at every stop so you can focus on the experience. You will receive all photos after your ride.
